Mr. Downs received his masters degree in taxation from Bentley College and masters degree in business administration from Suffolk University. He earned his bachelor of science degree from Babson College. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Massachusetts Society of Certified Public Accountants.
