Mr. Elder founded the firm in 1986 and is the managing partner. He holds an MBA degree as well as an undergraduate degree in business administration from Babson College. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Massachusetts Society of Certified Public Accountants. He has lectured on taxes at a variety of seminars.
